Job description
The role main responsibility is to enhance contract management process, ensure all stages are performed and support the Sourcing Managers to measure supplier contract compliance. The focus will be to increase the knowledge and expertise in the Sourcing team with regards to agreement drafting, Terms & Conditions, template drafting and contract compliance.
We are seeking a talented and proactive individual who is looking for a challenge to work with diverse teams, commercial and negotiation aspects for the Ericsson Group, and is able to develop a educate a team that delivers and exceeds targets. The successful candidate will have to be very result oriented with strong analytical abilities, solid sourcing and relationship building abilities, have a strong commercial and negotiation background as well as excellent skills in providing trainings.
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Secure Sourcing process compliance within Contract Management
- Support and coordinates the Sourcing contract management task and activities as its progresses from qualification through proposal, contract negotiation and throughout contract execution
- Has a long term and proactive role to develop knowledge of contractual strategies
- Support Sourcing Manager in contractual and commercial risk management across the contractual lifecycle
- Support in contract execution, corrective actions and negotiates changes, ensuring that the parties live up to contract obligations
- Supports supplier negotiations (when high impact on commitments with customer)
- Proactively develop close cooperation with Commercial Contract Management unit aiming at enabling risk management with back-to-back conditions
- Support the Sourcing team in creating local templates when needed
- Bachelor’s in Law degree from any reputed University.
- At least 5 years of working experience in relevant field.
- Experienced and confident dealing with the suppliers at all levels up to senior management
- Strong negotiation skills, relationship development skills at all levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
