Technical Support Division Head - Indosat Ooredoo
Job Location: Central Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia | Deadline: 20 April 2018

Job Description
--Translate the Company and Group Vision, Mission and Strategy into divisional work plan
--Provide and clarify divisional objectives for the team
--Establish divisional KPI based on organizational scorecard and cascaded down the teams
--Manage division budget based on workplan and control the utilization/realization of it
--Manage overall technical support for all services/product under digital services to support strategic business initiatives in Consumer Digital Services
--Manage technical integration and support for all digital services initiatives including managing complaint handling/fraud management, new service/product/features integration, parameters setting, support UAT, system platform monitoring, etc.
--Minimum S1/Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom / IT / Industrial Engineering
--Strong knowledge in macro-economic, telecommunication market, industry, and technology fields
--Strong knowledge in telecommunication business
--Strong knowledge in digital services
--Strong knowledge in financial modeling, Partnership Modeling and Alliances
--Minimum 3 – 5 years of managerial experience
--Minimum 7 years of Telecommunication and Partnership/Alliances management experiences both corporate partnership and business partnership
--Industrial analysis, Business development, Technology knowledge, and Financial analysis
--Good leadership and team work skills
--Good analytical skills, highly driven and self-motivated
--Good verbal and written communication skills.
