You will be responsible to manage and carry out O&M functions, Fault Analysis & Rectification works on  2G BTS, 3G Node B, LTE eNB, IPMW, AC/DC power, RF Distribution System, Fixed Transmission and CME facilities as well as to Support 3G/LTE/Power/IPMW project implementation and network expansion programs.



Responsibilities:

Carry out daily operation and maintenance works on the 2G/3G/4G/IPMW radio systems, AC/DC power system, Fixed Transmission and Antenna Distribution System and other associated equipment.

Conduct site acceptance and provide reports for newly implemented sites.

Carry out system commissioning, integration and acceptance works and provide technical support for network expansion program, including Cellular-on-Wheel deployment.

Carry out Fixed transmission provisioning, testing and troubleshooting.

Coordinate with building owners on site access related matters.

Interface with vendors and contractors on all operational and project support activities.

Conduct system fault analysis and take proactive measures to minimize system outage and re-occurrence.

Review feedback on operation issues and prepare system fault investigation findings and reports.

Assist team leaders in managing day-to-day operational activities and handling of urgent escalated matters



 Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunication,or have related working experience of at least three years.

Preferable have some knowledge in GSM/ UMTS/ LTE, IP Microwave networks.

Preferable to have some basic IP knowledge.

Preferable with experience in field operation works.

Valid Class 3 driving license and with good driving record.

Able to work at height

Able to perform 24x7 rotational standby duties
