TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

Maintain and manage the Value added Service Platform of one the biggest telecommunication Company in Indonesia

JOB SPECIFICATION

Academic Background Preferred & Work Experience in the Similar Field & Job
Bachelor degree of Computer/Telecommunication and Informatics Science with min IPK 3.0
Limit of Age, 30 Years Old.
Fresh Graduate or experience from Telco/IT company base will be advantages Passionate, Enthusiasm on Developing Programing and Computers Networking


Technical Skills & Knowledge

Have knowledge on Unix Operating System (Linux, UNIX), Database Basic knowledge (MySQL, ORACLE)
Familiar with Unix Shell
Common with Microsoft Office for Documentation (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Have basic knowledge about Telco products especially USSD, SMS Value Added Service
Understand about Internet and Networking Technology
Able adaptable and able to pick up new technology
Have good interpersonal and communication skill
To be able to work on own team or in a team
To be able to work with shift time
Good in Bahasa & English both writen and spoken
Core Competencies:

As First Level of Manage Operation Value Added Services , Telco core products, Mobile Banking Platforms
Perform regular Reporting and Adhoc Reporting
Perform Incident/Problem escalation with issue the Ticketing and status keeper.
Perform user testing to ensure the Success Rate of Services is achieved base on agreed Service Level Agreement
Liaise with 2nd / 3rd Level of Engineering
