Job description
Position Objectives: The Managed Services Project Manager will coordinate internal resources and third party/Vendors for the flawless execution of MS operation within the Field Operations domain of Fixed Network Technology ( Broadband, Triple Play) Using Fiber.


Job Description:-

Assess the capabilities of contractors and provide SWOT analysis report. In collaboration with Filed Operations counterparts, evaluate contractor’s proposals with reference to the specified KPI’s.
Review and assess the Pilot KPIs, SLAs & Operational performance.
Review E2E OSP MS RFP document and provide recommendations ref evaluation criteria, contractual and financial terms and conditions.
Prepare a statement of work, operational needs statement, and cost estimates on ISP and OSP elements.
Provide status reports to internal and external stakeholders throughout the project
Provide training, awareness, and support on running projects to Field Operation team


Desired Skills & Experience:-

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Min. 12+ years telecommunication experience including least 5 years in Managed Services & Operation within the Field Operations domain.
Proven working experience as a Project Manager in Fixed Network Operation/Maintenance.
Strong technical background experience in Fixed Network Technologies.
Strong experience in project management, project control, project reporting, and coordination.
Formal training in project management and project control techniques and methodologies (PMI, PRINCE or similar) will be considered an advantage
International experience from a developed telecom market
Experience of MS Office Tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word), plus Visio and Database
Good knowledge of reporting concepts, tools, and templates
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
