We are an Axiata Company, which operates it’s telecommunication operator brand in Bangladesh as ‘Robi’.

As the first regional tower services provider in Asia, with a regional portfolio that includes over 17,000 towers across our home markets of Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Pakistan and Myanmar, edotco strives to deliver outstanding performance in telecommunications infrastructure services and solutions.

edotco is the first towerco in the world to utilise bamboo in the construction of a telecom tower, which was installed on a rooftop in the Uttara region of Dhaka, Bangladesh. This one of a kind project is deployed by edotco Bangladesh Co Ltd.

To achieve our vision, we are looking for a dynamic talent for Sales & Marketing Division as Key Account Manager to LEAD an unit.

Key Activities:

1. Lead and manage the Infra business of the company with the scope to cover leasing out, sharing, and swapping of assets with other operators from passive to active assets and for existing and future technologies such as 3G

2. Develop Infra business strategy in line with the overall company strategy, policies, operational procedures and process for adoption by the relevant industry and stakeholders i.e.; consolidation, M&A, active share pitching to BTRC and so on

3. Develop Infra long term and short-term business plan in line with the company overall business plan and drive the realization of its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with the business plan under both as Infra seeker and provider

4. Drive and deliver the new business revenue targets from leasing out of Infra infrastructure/ assets

5. Work flow design, analysis, which includes understanding the business process from end to end, across entire business

6. Ensure workable sharing request, proper tracking of sharing request with Database development & management, execute operational plan, make sure availability of proposed drawing with all requirements on time for the infrastructure to be shared, ensure site securing on time with proper documentation, process development and streamlining, ensure regulatory and HSSE compliance, ensuring smooth roll out of customer, SLA development and follow up for internal & external stakeholders, Infra business interface on legal Issues

7. Manage all Infra business support processes such as seeking Infra opportunities, carry out commercial negotiations, preparing legal and contractual documentations, liaison with relevant authorities/ parties, and finalize all other terms and arrangements

8. Obtain and provide update to the other operators on the availability for leasing-out infrastructures/ assets at the Company’s sites

9. Correspondence with infrastructure seekers interfaces to ensure all required information for initial technical feasibility analysis

10. Perform negotiation & coordination & follow-up with Technology & internal & external stake holders on O&M and legal issues

11. Act according to BTRC and other Govt regulation, Educate the customers and assure response from them according to RAx’s expectation

12. Arrange the SLA draft from the concerned stakeholders, negotiation between Internal & external Stakeholders, Periodic follow up for SLA modification

Academic Qualification:

Graduation in Business Administration/Engineering (EEE/ETE/Civil) from a reputed national /foreign university with good academic background
MBA will be an added advantage
Working Experience:

Minimum 7 Years of working experience in Business Development/Key Account Management/B2B Account Management in telecom sector
