I am currently looking for a number of LTE RF engineers to work in Singapore, suitable candidates must have very strong Ericsson LTE Optimisation experience (at least 5 years) to be considered for this position.

·         Minimum 10 years of experience working in Network Design & Optimization project delivery
·         Optimization experience in Ericsson 4G system is mandatory.
·         Well versed in Ericsson LTE RAN Features and parameters.
·         Strong technical knowledge in Ericsson 3G system, experienced in TDD-LTE design optimization is an advantage
·         Familiar with Ericsson Internal NDO Tools, network performance counters and traces logs.
·         Strong consultative and customer engagement capability
