Job Summary
As Mobile Transmission Services Consultant, you will:

Responsible for analyzing, designing & developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. Responsible for profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, & technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions & proposals.

Responsibilities & Tasks

Scope, define & design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions
Analyze customer technology, define business requirements & participate in risk analysis
Work with core team on list of potential activities & solutions
Develop technical presentations & proposals, & perform customer presentations
Support deployment of solution
Provide feedback to R&D
Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation & information sharing
Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas & share information about solution to enable customer competence build
Proactive engagement with customers in the region for Sales Opportunities
Close Coordination with each country to ensure timely delivery
Support remote and on-site Escalations for Backhaul Services
Develop and deploy Best practices on backhaul design and deployment
Interface with Radio counterparts to support and drive e2e optimization activities
Develop and analyse TCO based mobile backhaul architectural design towards customer
Design and optimization experts identify the best technology mix for small cell and macro cell backhaul networks
Design and optimize to identify the best technology mix for customer small cell and macro cell backhaul networks
NMS and Backhaul Analytics to support Presales, Design, Optimization & KPI escalations
Proactively resolve technical and quality that have been escalated by design engineers
Negotiate/Resolve problems between customer stated requirements and the needs of products/networks
Detailed reports provide insights into key metrics, including average packet delay, jitter, and packet loss
Analyze & supports optimum end-to-end network availability as per the path availability for different scenarios and identifying weak links and proposed solutions

  Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- Experience from technical roles focusing on integration is a required experience for this role, e.g. experience from work as Integration engineer
  
  Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience as Mobile Backhaul Design & Deployment Expert for LTE, 3G/2G Networks.

Additional Requirements, Physical Demands, Region/Local Specifications:
Ability to travel frequently on short term assignments to support sales and techincal escalations in other countries.
Planning tools experience (Mentum Ellipse, MapInfo, E-TRAN, Pathloss)
