We resource a RAN Engineer for Operations & Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Configuration and Upgrades/updates of Nokia RAN nodes & Software releases.

The resource should have minimum 8 years of experience on Nokia Architecture based RAN Networks which are based on all three technologies 2G,3G & 4G.

The should be expert in Nokia GSM / WCDMA / LTE nodes (BSC3i, Flexi BSC, mcBSC, RNC2600, mcRNC, OMS, IOMS, Megamonn, TP5000, Multi Radio Flexi, MR10, MR multi radio BTS) hardware and software versions.

Good hands on experience in Commissioning, Integration, configuration and Troubleshooting of Nokia RAN Nodes using GUI and CLI

Emil Trace analysis, Flag settings for Emil / MAC TTI / BTS log, BTS log analysis, Snapshot analysis, MAC TTI trace analysis.

Good hands on tools like NED, putty, Application Launcher, HIT TOOL, Tang, BTS SITE MANAGER, fishing macro, BSCLOGCOL.

Considerable knowledge in various call flow scenarios of 2G/3G/4G, Parameters, features and their impacts. Adept in Advanced OMS log analysis and troubleshooting of any particular internal servers / DB.
