•Strong technical knowledge in WCDMA/GSM
•Hands on experience of Ericsson RNC/NodeB /BSC/RBS
•Handling all RAN related trouble tickets, network availability report and customer complaint.
•Software and hardware audit for RNC/NodeB/RBS/BSC
•Site Rehoming
•RNC/BSC Re-parenting on MSc in pool
•Software Upgrade for RNC ,NodeB, BSC and RBS
•Perform parameters changes on BSC/RNC/NodeB/RBS and Cell Level
•Preparation of Data transcript for all changes required within the network
•Acceptance functionality test for Ericsson RNC/BSC/NodeB/RBS
•Good knowledge of IP end-to-end network architectures and troubleshooting
